Subscription & Cancellation Policy

When you unlock your song, you're enrolling in a StorySongfy membership billed on a recurring monthly basis. This policy explains how that membership works and how you can cancel it.

How the Membership Works

Your membership fee depends on the delivery speed you selected when you unlocked your song ("30-Minute Delivery" or "48-Hour Delivery"). The exact monthly price is shown to you before you complete your purchase, and confirmed by email once payment is processed.

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged every month on the anniversary of your original purchase date, unless you cancel before the next billing date.

Automatic Renewal

Your membership automatically renews each month at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. If we change membership pricing, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the change applies to you.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing hi@storysongfy.com from the email address associated with your order, letting us know you'd like to cancel. We aim to confirm cancellations within 1-2 business days.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please send your cancellation request at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Once cancelled, you will not be charged again, and you keep permanent access to the song(s) already delivered to you.

Note: we're currently building self-service account login, which will let you view and manage your membership directly on the Site without needing to email us. Until that's live, cancellations are handled by our team as described above.

No Partial Refunds for Renewal Charges

Because membership renewals are billed in advance for the upcoming month, renewal charges are non-refundable once processed, except as described in our Refund Policy. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund a renewal that has already been billed.
